Recently, Mr. Antonio Ricardo Alvarez Alban, President of the Brazilian National Confederation of Industry (CNI), led a delegation on a special visit to the Hangzhou headquarters of Windey Energy Technology Group. Mr. Cheng Chenguang, General Manager of Windey Energy Technology Group, accompanied the delegation. Both parties held in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics including green energy, smart manufacturing, and industrial cooperation.

As the highest representative body of Brazil's industrial sector, CNI oversees more than 1,350 industry unions and 27 state-level industrial federations, representing over one million enterprises. It exerts significant influence over Brazil's industrial policies and international cooperation. During the visit, the delegation conducted an on-site inspection of Windey's Linping Intelligent Manufacturing Base, with a special focus on its energy storage systems, digital platforms, and new energy projects.
Mr. Antonio Ricardo Alvarez Alban spoke highly of Windey's technological strengths, stating that CNI will actively promote comprehensive, multi-tiered cooperation between Windey and Brazilian research institutions, industrial systems, and other relevant entities. The goal is to achieve tangible breakthroughs in key areas such as technology research and development, talent development, local manufacturing, and project implementation.
Mr. Cheng Chenguang extended a warm welcome to the delegation and provided a detailed overview of Windey's technological strengths and global practices in wind turbine manufacturing, energy storage systems, smart energy solutions, and localized overseas operations. He stated that Brazil serves as a pivotal point in Windey's global expansion strategy. Moving forward, the company will continue to leverage its integrated smart energy solutions to closely align with Brazil's energy transition needs. Windey will collaborate with CNI, the National Service for Industrial Training (SENAI), the SENAI-CIMATEC Bahia Center of Technology and Innovation, the Federation of Industries of the State of Bahia, and other institutions to foster long-term partnerships.

This visit marks another significant leap in the strategic mutual trust and practical cooperation between the two parties, following Windey's meeting with Brazilian President Lula in 2025, the establishment of a research and development center in Brazil, and the hosting of the Brazil International Wind Energy Exhibition. Both parties expressed their commitment to strengthening cooperation in areas such as new energy equipment, green fuels, and industrial investment, thereby contributing to the elevation of the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Brazil.
Heads of relevant Brazilian institutions participated in the discussions.
